AURION LEARNING PICKS UP IRISH NEWS WORKPLACE & EMPLOYMENT AWARD

Aurion Learning was celebrating last week at being recognised in the Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards.

Aurion was highly commended in the Right Place to Work Category in recognition of its commitment to its employees and support of community, charitable, and environmental issues.

This is the second award Aurion Learning has received this year for its responsible business practices, having received a commendation in the Business in the Community Awards for Most Responsible Small Business.

Speaking about the Irish News Awards, Ciaran O’Hare, Director of Aurion Learning said: “We’re very pleased to receive this award and we hope that by setting a good example we can encourage other businesses to adopt responsible business practices. Congratulations to all the winners.”

The sixth annual Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards, attended by over 450 guests, took place in the Titanic Belfast on 21 June and was endorsed by key industry bodies the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Nick Hewer, who is Lord Sugar's right-hand man on The Apprentice and who also hosts Countdown on Channel 4, was the after-dinner speaker.
