I am overwhelmed by this news.

Congratulations to Gerard Dunleavy, one of my Masters students at the University of Ulster in Belfast for winning CG Student of the Year Award. Thank you to all the judges from Pixar, Dreamworks, Double Negative, MPC, The Mill, Prime Focus, and Animal Logic for recognising that great talent comes from anywhere and for creating a massive opportunity for Gerard and all the 361 students involved.
