We have just released our first educational app, Learn and Play ABC (0-4 years).

I have been developing "traditional" games for over 15 years and this year decided to develop and publish my own series of educational apps. Both myself and the Learn and Play Apps co-creator enjoy teaching our children through technology and play. This is our first educational app in the learning sector and we have a roadmap in place to release further educational apps. With the back up and expertise of experienced educators we plan to educate children through the medium of technology bringing education to them in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

The learn and play app is designed to engage children in the development of literacy skills in a fun and enjoyable way. This is achieved through the LEARN and PLAY sections of the app. The LEARN section focuses on recognition and association of the letter names and sounds of the alphabet while the PLAY section reinforces and develops this further through a collection of mini games.

We are very excited about this new venture and would apprciate any comments or thoughts from anyone here on digital circle. As to what is next.... we have just started work on our second educational app a preschool counting app and are finalising a deal to create an interesting medical app in 2013.
