Q-Con presents: Q-ED Games Design Talks
Games
Q-Con is the one of the elder statesmen of gaming conventions in Ireland, having run regularly in Belfast for almost two decades. It will be returning again at the end of June with the regular massive array of competition tournaments for games: video-games, table-top games, live-action games. This year, Q-Con also introduces the Q-Con Entertainment & Design (Q-ED) Talks.
Q-ED is a series of lightning talks, demos and panels throughout Saturday 25th June, presented by professional artists and games designers, both local and international. This year, we are giving fans and creators more about some of the people behind the games, and what is getting them really excited about games and art right now.
Running as part of a games convention that attracts almost 1500 people from all over Ireland and the UK for the last weekend of June (24th to 26th), this is expected to be popular. Admission to Q-Con convention for the day (£10) covers admission to the Q-ED Talks, plus the evening entertainment and club-night.
