AirPOS Ltd develops and sells web services that provide solutions for SME (Small/Medium Enterprise) retailers to manage their electronic point of sale (ePOS) devices, integrate inventory, and provide management control across multiple points of sale, e.g. instore tills/registers, e-commerce web stores and mobile commerce (such as mobile smartphones and kiosks).
Responsibilities:
Based at our Belfast City Centre office, the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketing and PR, development of partner relationships and and will need a highly collaborative work style and experience of working without day-to-day supervision.

The Marketing Manager will take full responsibility for our overall marketing strategy (both online and offline), from conception all the way through to execution. PPC and SEO experience would be an advantage.
This is a highly visible customer facing role, reporting to the Chief Executive.
Core responsibilities will include:
Managing, monitoring and developing the companies social media presence including Twitter, Blog, LinkedIn Group, Facebook and emerging channels
Generating campaigns and writing creative copy for all marketing materials
Ensuring PPC / CPC (Google AdWords a heavy focus) and SEO performance is maximised and analysing success of campaigns on an ongoing basis
Managing marketing and lead generation activities and reporting on these activities
Developing and managing partner activity and relationships, some international travel will be expected
Developing and managing all email marketing campaigns
Managing the CRM database and pipeline
Liaising with the product, sales and support team on new products and services, engaging with customers to drive conversions and capture requirements
Analysing processes and implementing improvements
Placement of advertising and editorial in key publications, blogs and other media outlets across the globe
Managing the Marketing Administrator in tandem with the Executive Team
Managing budgets and ensuring effective ROI on campaigns
Feeding into the overall business strategy and ensuring execution against key milestones in the business plan
Qualifications:
To be deemed a viable candidate for this position, the individual needs to demonstrate the following:
Solid experience within a B2B marketing manager role, ideally in software
A full, up-to-date understanding of all online and offline marketing practices, campaign monitoring and metrics
The ability to produce both online and offline content that is consistent with the company brand
An understanding of how to maximise business development through social media and a good knowledge of modern PR practice. Digitally immersed and a keen adopter of proven modern marketing techniques
You consider yourself a fast learner who relishes a challenge and can demonstrate your ability to pick-up new ideas and put them successfully into practice
Comfortable with customer engagement and requirement capture
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Knowledge of SaaS business models
Knowledge of SaaS customer acquisition and conversion methods
Knowledge of SaaS customer retention
Commercial experience in partnering and reseller relationships ** Renumeration ** Negotiable, based on experience and suitability for the role.
