Who are we looking for?

You're ambitious. You will probably have had some exposure to the .NET framework, but may have also dabbled with PHP, Ruby or Java. You know at least one language fluently, but find it easy to pick up other languages and transfer your skill set. You will be conversant with web technologies, and pick up new technologies quickly. You will have been coding since you were in high school; but you won't have necessarily gone to University. You're smart, and motivated by challenges.

You will not be phased by being chucked in at the deep end, and are keen to grow quickly in your career. Commercial experience would be great to have but isn't required.

What will you be doing?

This is a "make your own role" role. You will be joining a company in its embryonic stage and have the chance to work with large organisations around the world.

You will have the opportunity to work with the .NET Framework and with Mobile technologies, including Windows Phone 7, iOS and Android. We encourage the use of new technology, but always look to fit our clients.

You may need to go onsite to our clients every now and again, but we'll make sure that when you do, you're well taken care of.
