GoReport® provide an iOS mobile and web service to professionals who need to capture data on-site and generate a professionally formatted report. We are looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and wants a challenging role on a daily basis. GoReport’s vision is to grow globally and rapidly, delivering its innovative solution to professionals from all sectors. Essential requirements • Have a genuine interest in mobile/web technology with long term ambitions in developing programming skills • Educated to HND / Degree level • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills • Ability to liaise with customers, third party vendors and software development team. • Be highly proficient in Microsoft word and excel
Desirable requirements • HND / Degree Level qualification in an IT / Computer Science related subject • 2 years + experience in an applications support environment • Experience providing first line support including: logging, investigation, escalation and resolution of client issues • Experience of resolving application support issues, updating support documentation and identifying potential service improvements • Experience testing support resolutions before promoting them to the live environment.
